BUSINESS PLAN IS AS PER INTERNATIONAL STANDARD OF DIRECT SELLING INDUSTRY AND PRODUCTS ARE AS PER CUSTOMER CHOICE

 

The company is having a complete basket of World Class Quality Products & Services. Special focus will be on providing world class products in the category of health care, wellness and nutritional products for body care, beauty care, personal care, home care and lifestyle products. The company is also tied-up with various branded companies and corporate as quality products offering is the primary objective.

Each product is defined with few parameters like MRP, DP, BV, etc.

Retailing of products is flourishing in the modern trade as of now. The Company aimed to provide a secured working environment to the people of this country to create their own self employment by way of independent distributors and sell products / services to consumer network

 

The company's distributors may refer new Customers through Customer Registration process. However, these customers will not exist in the opportunity system (genealogy / distributor) network.

The customers will buy products of their choice at the MRP Price; respective BVs will be accounted as self BVs of their introducing distributor.

The consumer is not entitled for any commissions or monetary benefits from the company, but they will have all rights as a consumer and privileges being a registered consumer.

 

The Distributors are also entitled to have other income opportunities as stated below:

 

  • RETAIL PROFIT
  • SALES TURNOVER BONUS (WEEKLY PAYOUT)
  • RANK INCOME (MONTHLY PAYOUT)
  • OVERRIDING BONUS (MONTHLY PAYOUT)
  • PERFORMANCE BONUS (MONTHLY PAYOUT)
  • STAR PERFORMANCE BONUS (MONTHLY PAYOUT)
  • ROYALTY INCOME (MONTHLY PAYOUT)

2. SALES TURNOVER BONUS (Weekly Payout)

Business Volume (GBV.) based income on WEEKLY CLOSING
All the sales from both the sides will be accumulated and lower side (Profit team) will be matched with higher side (Power team) and 12% on matched BVs is paid as Sales Matching Bonus and Maximum of 17.50 Lac GBVs as capping, (i.e. Rs. 2,10,000 capping per week means 12% of 17.50 lac matching GBV). Carry forward is entertained for every Distributor up to certain slabs based on his/her rank achieved; details are as follows: if the distributor does his minimum purchase and continue to do so he earn income without sponsoring a single distributor in any side, this is the only plan in the world which gives this feature.

*All the Incomes are subject to the fulfillment of the plan eligibility, which defined by the company from time to time.

An Overriding Bonus worth 10% of Rank Bonus will be paid for 2 levels of same rank 
(Silver to Crown Ambassador Executive of Same Rank will be applicable)

For Distributor / SILVER / PEARL
1% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared among all the Eligible achievers

7. ROYALTY INCOME (Monthly Payout)

Diamond and Royal Diamond Achieve Diamond or Royal Diamond for Royalty of 0.50% of Global BV Turnover.
Crown Diamond and Crown Ambassador Achieve Crown Diamond or Crown Ambassador for Royalty of 0.50% of Global BV Turnover.

 

Eligibility Terms :
* The performance bonus will be paid on the global turnover after eligibility.
* Once eligible, the royalty will be paid for 12 months, subject to active clause. To continue getting the royalty, eligibility criteria should be achieved once again in the prior 12 months.

 

The above table is actually total group sales GBV in a calendar month.

 

 

Minimum Purchase Condition

The Distributor needs to be an Active Distributor by maintaining Minimum Self purchase (as shown in below table) in 4 rolling weeks to get the monetary benefits. The Sales Matching Income will be on hold for next 4 week, Incase minimum monthly purchase not made. If the accumulation of Sales Turn Over Bonus  is more than ceiling amount, than only ceiling amount will be released.
